UnicodeToDevLys.com converts Hindi between Unicode and the legacy DevLys 010 / Kruti Dev 010 encoding, for people who still have to submit or edit text in those fonts.

How we build it

Correct order, not just correct letters. The converter moves the ि matra and the reph to where DevLys expects them and uses the font’s own conjunct characters.
Tested against an independent decoder. Our Unicode-to-DevLys code is checked on every build by converting 732 Hindi words and 50 sentences and decoding them back with a separate open-source Kruti Dev decoder. Cases that can’t round-trip are listed on the home page.
We say what we haven’t checked. We only claim support for DevLys 010 and Kruti Dev 010; characters without a DevLys form are flagged, not guessed.
